Our two bedroom self-catering holiday chalet, known as Chalet 103 Norton Park, is located in the well established Norton Park Holiday Village & is only 1.5 miles from the center of Dartmouth & the river Dart. The picturesque Norton Park site enjoys estuary views from one side & rolling countryside the other.

The chalet is fully equipped & tastefully decorated, offering very comfortable self-catering accommodation for 4 people, with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom & two bedrooms - one bedroom has a Double bed & the other has two single beds.

The chalet is available for booking 12 months of the year so you can choose to see Dartmouth & the beautiful South Hams area of South Devon during any season. Please see pricing & booking for more details.

The chalet has recently undergone a complete inside & outside refurbishment, including all new fittings & fixtures, appliances & furniture.

Included in the refurbishment are: a complete electrical rewire, new electric wall heaters & instant hot water system. New ceilings, full insulation & replastering throughout, new Western Red Cedar cladding, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new bathroom suite with electric shower & 900mm corner shower enclosure. New flat screen TV, DVD & Freeview recorder in the lounge, all new furniture & beds.
