The chalet is a 2 bedroom Terraced Holiday Chalet - the maximum occupancy allowed is 4 people

The person booking the chalet must be over 21 & must be a member of the part occupying the chalet during the let

Single sex parties & parties of unaccompanied teenagers are not permitted

A booking/security deposit of £50 will secure your chosen week/s - payable within 7 days *

Full payment for your dates must be made 6 weeks before arrival date, (prices vary throughout the year)

For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required upon booking

The booking/security deposit is no-refundable in the event of cancellation

The chalet will be available from 3-00 pm on day of arrival (normally Saturday)

On the day of departure (normally Saturday) please vacate the chalet by 10-00 am

The chalet must be left clean & tidy on departure & in the condition that it was found on arrival

If the chalet has not been left in a clean condition a charge of £30 will be made to cover cleaning costs

The £50 booking/security deposit will be refunded to you provided that the chalet is left clean & no damage has occurred

Bed linen & towels are NOT included - you will need to bring your own items with you during your stay

Duvets are provided but Not duvet covers – 1 x king size & 2 x standard single duvets

Bicycles are not allowed in the chalet under any circumstances

The Norton Park site has a 'No pets' policy for chalet lets

The chalet is strictly non-smoking accommodation

We recommend travel insurance cover for any accident or medical emergency that may occur

Breakages must be reported prior to departure - we reserve the right to make a charge for any damage or breakages which may occur **

* Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer - Cheques should be made payable to 'J A Berry' or Bank details are available on request

** Any cleaning or breakage charges applicable would be taken directly from the booking/security deposit
